Today I'm going to share with you about another easy recipe, Microwave Mug Nutella Brownie. Yesterday was Labor day so I want to try a new recipe and this one is perfect because it's easy to make.

I got this recipe from Gemma Stafford (www.biggerbolderbaking.com) I'm her fans and I really love watching her videos. I think that this recipe is the easiest microwave mug brownies because you only need 3 ingredients. Does this really work? It does!

I was looking for a game to buy for my Playstation 4 and I can't believe that there's a lot of games that is on sale up to 80% off!!

Its end on 9 May so I still have some time to choose and top up my PSN Account. But dang the choices are too many and look at this list :

Final Fantasy X/X-2 was my favorite childhood game and that brings back memories. Last time I check it was Rm 80.  I'm so happy that it's on sale. I really want to buy them all but *sighs* If only I have a lot of money hahahaha

Okay so, oreo icebox cake is really simple to make. It's made with a creative combination of whipped cream and Oreo cookies. If you're an Oreo lover, you should try this.

You also can add as many layers as you can. 3 layers are perfect for me, but it's up to you. You can get the ingredient at Tesco or Aeon big. I'm sure they have a lot of it.

Ingredients :

750 ml of heavy whipping cream, whipped to semi-stiff peaks.

52 Oreo Cookies with or without filling


1. Whip the whipping cream until semi-stiff peaks. This will take 4-5 minutes.

2. Add a 4 by 4 layer of Oreos to the bottom of a 9 by 9 baking tray and about 3/4 of an inch of whipping cream.

3. Add another two layers of cookies and cream over the top.

4. Crush 5 or 6 Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the top.

5. Place the cake in the fridge for about 7 hours or overnight.

6. Slice and enjoy your Oreo Icebox cake.

Note :

You also can stabilize the whipped cream to make it last a bit longer.

For every 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, use 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch (if your cream is very low in butterfat use 1 1/2 teaspoons), and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. Refrigerate the mixing bowl and (preferably whisk) beater for at least 15 minutes.

Produk ni mengandungi Salicylic Acid which is bertindak untuk sooth pimple.  Untuk jerawat yang besar ianya mengambil masa dalam 2-3 hari untuk mengecut. Nasib baik saya ni penyabar orangnya hahaha

I really like Jo Jung Suk so I'm kinda excited when I watch this. Also when Soo Chang's spirit enters Dong Tak's body, his personality changed and that's make the drama more interesting. You guys should watch this! 10/10 would recommend!
